BAT Ideological Group Joins Celebration as Engr. Yusuf Usman is Turbaned as Matawallen Fika

The BAT Ideological Group participated in the prestigious turbaning ceremony of Engr. Yusuf Usman, FNSE, as the Matawallen Fika in Potiskum, Yobe State.

The delegation was led by Hon. Abdulkarim Muhammad Mustapha, the Yobe State Coordinator of the group, representing the National Convener, Comrade Bamidele Atoyebi.

The ceremony was performed by HRH Alhaji Muhammadu ibn Abali Muhammadu Idrisa, the Emir of Fika and Chairman of the Yobe State Council of Traditional Rulers. The title of Matawallen Fika is a high traditional honor, recognizing Engr. Usman’s distinguished service and contributions to his community.

Engr. Usman currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at NNPC Ltd, bringing decades of engineering and administrative expertise to Nigeria’s energy sector.

During the event, Hon. Mustapha expressed his gratitude to Comrade Atoyebi for the opportunity to lead the delegation and highlighted the group’s ongoing commitment to:
