David Oyedepo Foundation Scholar, Madumere, Reportedly Emerges Landmark University’s Best Graduating Student with 4.98 CGPA
Reports have surfaced claiming that a David Oyedepo Foundation (DOF) scholar identified as Madumere has emerged as the overall best graduating student of Landmark University, Omu-Aran, with a remarkable Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.98.
According to circulating accounts on social media, Madumere’s outstanding academic record earned him top honours at the institution’s 11th Convocation Ceremony.
He was reportedly celebrated for his exceptional dedication, consistent academic performance, and exemplary conduct throughout his time at the university.
The David Oyedepo Foundation, which sponsors hundreds of students across Africa through full scholarships, congratulated its scholars during the ceremony for their excellent results and commitment to the foundation’s values of leadership, diligence, and service.
The foundation, established by Dr. David Oyedepo — founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide and Chancellor of Landmark University — focuses on raising leaders who will drive change across Africa through education and empowerment.
Landmark University, known for its emphasis on agrarian reform, entrepreneurship, and ethical leadership, also graduated several first-class students during the event.
The convocation highlighted the institution’s continued drive to produce graduates equipped to solve real-world challenges.
While some online platforms have credited Madumere as the overall best graduating student, official university reports list Miss Oluwabusayomi Ojo, a Biochemistry graduate, as the top student for the 2025 session, with a CGPA of 4.98.
University authorities have not issued any formal statement confirming or refuting the claim regarding Madumere as of press time.
Nevertheless, the convocation once again underscored Landmark University’s growing reputation for academic excellence and the impact of the David Oyedepo Foundation in nurturing bright young Africans.
