FIRS, JTB Chairman Commissions New Ekiti State Revenue House

The Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and Chairman of the Joint Tax Board (JTB), Zacch Adedeji, PhD, visited Ado-Ekiti, the capital of Ekiti State, on October 22, 2025, to commission the newly completed Ekiti State Revenue House.

 

The commissioning of the landmark edifice symbolizes significant progress in revenue administration and good governance within the state.

 

The event was graced by notable dignitaries, including the Governor of Ekiti State, H.E. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, members of the Ekiti State Internal Revenue Service (EKIRS), traditional rulers, and other distinguished guests.

 

This collaborative event underscores the shared commitment of the FIRS, JTB, and state governments across Nigeria toward strengthening tax administration and improving revenue generation across all tiers of government.
