The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has released the list of eligible applicants shortlisted to participate in the Zonal General Aptitude Test for the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) 34/2025 Enlistment Exercise.
This was contained in a statement issued on Tuesday by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, at NAF Headquarters in Abuja.
According to the statement, the aptitude test is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 25 October 2025, simultaneously at designated centres across the country.
Applicants who have been shortlisted are advised to visit the official NAF Recruitment Portal at https://nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng to check their names, confirm their eligibility, and verify the details of their respective test centres.
“Eligible applicants are to report for the Zonal General Aptitude Test at the centres indicated against their names on the portal,” the statement read in part.
Air Commodore Ejodame further advised candidates to adhere strictly to the instructions provided on the portal, including arrival times, documentation requirements, and dress code.
He also cautioned applicants against dealing with fraudulent individuals or third parties claiming to influence the recruitment process.
“The Nigerian Air Force recruitment process remains completely free, transparent, and merit-based. Candidates are strongly advised to avoid any form of payment or inducement to anyone,” the statement emphasized.
The DSSC Enlistment Exercise is an annual recruitment program by the Nigerian Air Force aimed at commissioning qualified professionals in various disciplines into the service to support its operational and administrative functions.
Successful candidates from the aptitude test phase will proceed to the next stage of the selection process, which includes interviews, medical examinations, and background checks, before final enlistment into the Nigerian Air Force.
