Bauchi State Governor and Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Governors Forum, Bala Mohammed, is reportedly in quiet negotiations to defect from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), according to a post by ADC Vanguard on X (formerly Twitter).
