Hilda Baci Dazzles Fans As She Clocks 30

Celebrity chef and Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, on Saturday marked her 30th birthday with a reflection on her journey and new achievements.
Baci, who shared the milestone with her fans on Instagram, described turning 30 as “stepping into a brand-new book, not just another chapter.” She added that she was grateful for the lessons, tears and wins of the past decade, noting that she now walks “lighter, stronger, and overflowing with gratitude to God.”
Her birthday celebration comes shortly after Guinness World Records confirmed her feat of preparing the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice on September 15.
The record saw her team cook a pot weighing 8,000 kilograms, drawing thousands of spectators in Lagos.
This latest accomplishment adds to her 2023 record for the longest cooking marathon, when she cooked continuously for 93 hours and 11 minutes.
Both feats have cemented her place as one of Nigeria’s most celebrated young chefs and a trailblazer in the country’s culinary industry.
Her birthday photographs quickly gained traction online, attracting thousands of congratulatory messages from fans, colleagues and well-wishers across the country.
