Alake’s session will focus on Nigeria’s progress in developing its mining sector and diversifying its economy through solid minerals.
The government has emphasized the importance of mining in creating jobs, generating revenue, and supporting industrialization.
The conference will provide a platform for African countries to present their mining strategies and investment opportunities to international stakeholders. Delegates will engage in discussions on policy implementation, beneficiation, and investment strategies in Africa’s mining landscape.
The event will also feature sessions with mining ministers from other African countries, highlighting the continent’s growing importance in the global mining industry.
