1,000 Prayer Warriors to Storm Ilorin for Tinubu, Nigeria’s Survival

1,000 prayer warriors from across Nigeria are expected to converge on Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, this Saturday to intercede for the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the overall well-being of the country.

The interdenominational prayer gathering, convened by a coalition of religious and civic groups, aims to seek divine intervention for Nigeria as the nation grapples with mounting socioeconomic challenges, including inflation, insecurity, and widespread hardship.

Organisers say the event will be marked by fervent prayers, worship sessions, and prophetic declarations for national healing, peace, and prosperity.

“This is a crucial moment for Nigeria,” one of the organisers said. “We believe prayer has the power to move mountains, and we are gathering to call on God to guide our leaders and rescue our nation from the brink.

The gathering, expected to attract clerics, spiritual leaders, and intercessors from the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, will take place at a designated prayer ground in Ilorin under tight security.

The organisers also extended invitations to political leaders, traditional rulers, and concerned citizens to participate or support the cause from wherever they are.

As President Tinubu’s administration continues its reforms amidst public anxiety and economic pains, many view the gathering as a timely spiritual support for national leadership and stability.

The Ilorin prayer rally is expected to last several hours, with hopes that its impact will ripple beyond the city and across the federation.
