Eti-Osa Local Government Renames Several Streets

The Eti-Osa Local Government Council has announced the renaming of several streets within its jurisdiction.

 

According to a public notice signed by Mrs. Oluwakemi Oshun, the council has revoked the old street names and replaced them with new ones.

 

The affected streets include Tony Amadasun Road, now renamed Chief Femi Pedro Street, located at Igbo Efon; Dr. Udo Wogu Drive, now Chief Adebola Dosunmu Street, located at Chevy View; Augusta Orji Street, now Alhaji Adio Mayegun Street, located at Aro Ologolo Road; Chike Mba Close, now Hon. Sikiru Ashorota Street, located at Osapa London; Ugochukwu Orji Street, now Barr. Wale Sanni Street, located at Igbo Efon; and Fubara Dublin Green Street, now Rafiu Olukolu Street, located at Igbo Efon.

 

The council has notified the general public of the change and urges residents and visitors to take note of the new street names. The renaming of these streets is part of the council’s efforts to re-validate and reorganize the street naming system within the local government area.
