BAT Ideological Group Partners With Accountability Policy Tracker to Launch ‘Renewed Hope Policy File’

In a bold move to bridge the widening information gap between federal policy and the average Nigerian citizen, the BAT Ideological Group has partnered with the Accountability Policy Tracker to launch a nationwide sensitization campaign titled the Renewed Hope Policy File.

‎The initiative, a first of its kind, will utilize an extensive network of radio and television platforms to educate Nigerians on the policies, reforms, and development initiatives of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu with a strong emphasis on how citizens can access and benefit from them.

‎The campaign, officially branded as the Renewed Hope Radio File and the Renewed Hope TV File, is designed to run from Monday through Friday, ensuring daily, consistent access to civic enlightenment across the country.

‎In an audio interview with Unfiltered Reporting, the convener of the BAT Ideological Group, Bamidele Atoyebi, confirmed that this campaign is timely and necessary. According to him, “many Nigerians are unaware of the president’s progressive policies. We believe this is a bright step in the right direction to show them the best ways to benefit and access government initiatives in a world filled with misconceptions.”

‎The media campaign will roll out across 37 key radio stations, selected to ensure grassroots reach in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. Some of the radio stations enlisted include:

North-East & North-West: Borno’s All Ansar Radio 96.1, Adamawa’s NAS FM 89.9, Kano’s Freedom Radio 99.5, Sokoto’s Royal FM 101.5, among others.

‎North-Central: Niger’s Prestige FM 91.7, Plateau’s Jay FM 101.9, and Abuja’s Kapital FM, Liberty FM, and Trust FM.

South-West: Lagos’ Eko FM 89.9, Oyo’s Solutions FM 93.9, and Ondo’s Breeze FM 91.9.

‎South-East & South-South: Akwa Ibom’s Comfort FM 95.1, Abia’s Sun FM 91.9, Edo’s Super FM 88.1, and Rivers Radio 99.1.

‎In addition, the campaign will leverage a network of major television stations including Arise TV, TVC, NTA, Channels TV, AIT, and all NTA regional stations nationwide. The combination of local radio presence and national TV broadcast is expected to create a consistent, far-reaching message that cuts across literacy levels, languages, and socio-economic status.

The campaign content will feature a mix of public service announcements and policy breakdowns incorporated into radio jingles and television commercials designed to simplify government policies and highlight practical steps citizens can take to engage with and benefit from them.

The BAT Ideological Group emphasized that beyond political advocacy, this campaign is about civic enlightenment, accountability, and restoring public trust in governance. The group reiterated that being the first to pioneer such a policy-focused media outreach is part of its commitment to ensuring that no Nigerian is left in the dark on matters that affect their daily lives.

The Renewed Hope Policy File campaign has commenced in full capacity  running through Mondays to Friday consistently
