Yahaya Bello Disowns APC Chairmanship Campaign Posters

Former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has unequivocally dissociated himself from the APC National Chairmanship campaign posters that have recently surfaced throughout the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
In a statement issued on Thursday by his Director, Michael Ohiare, the Yahaya Bello Media Office in Lokoja categorically dismissed the posters as the handiwork of mischief-makers.
Ohiare conveyed astonishment at reports claiming that campaign posters for the APC chairmanship, featuring the former Kogi governor, had inundated various parts of Abuja.
“The mischief-makers are at it once more, having persistently failed in their relentless ‘bring-him-down-at-all-costs’ endeavor,” he remarked.
He indicated that such reports would typically be disregarded, as those close to Bello are well aware of his steadfast loyalty to the party.
“As a devoted party member, his unwavering support for President Bola Tinubu’s leadership is indisputable,” Ohiare affirmed.
He emphasized that such actions could not possibly originate from Bello, especially when party protocols remain firmly established.
“Given that this is not the first instance of mischief-makers printing posters in his name, silence is no longer viable,” Ohiare proclaimed.
He asserted that no individual was authorized, either directly or indirectly, to produce or display any poster on Bello’s behalf.
He implored the public to dismiss such attempts by individuals intent on disgracing the former governor.
