ADC Leaders Meet with, Reassure State Chairmen of Partnership

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has held a meeting with its 37 state chairmen, including the FCT, to address circulating rumors and falsehoods about the party’s intentions.

The meeting aimed to reassure the state chairmen that the party has no plans to take over or push them out of their positions. Instead, the leadership emphasized their commitment to working with the chairmen as partners to build a strong and formidable political party.

The ADC leadership clarified that all state chairmen will remain in office, and none will be forced to step down. However, if a chairman willingly decides to relinquish their position, they are free to do so.

The party also addressed concerns about alleged constitutional breaches, stating that they have not contravene their constitution.

They challenged anyone with evidence of constitutional violations to come forward and take action, while expressing frustration with baseless criticism.

The meeting concluded with the state chairmen reportedly leaving with increased confidence in their roles as partners in the party’s coalition.
