Tambuwal Proclaims Support for ADC, Reaffirms Allegiance to PDP

Senator Aminu Tambuwal has created a stir in the political arena with an audacious proclamation of endorsement for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) while simultaneously reaffirming his steadfast affiliation with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Addressing a political assembly, Tambuwal declared, “We remain members of PDP, and we are not departing, yet we shall advocate for ADC.”

The former governor of Sokoto attributed this political stratagem to what he termed the “Wike style of politics” — a nod to FCT Minister Nyesom Wike’s recent history of cross-party collaborations while maintaining his PDP membership.

Tambuwal suggested that this approach provides latitude in advancing political objectives while preserving party fidelity.
