itel Energy Launches Ikeja Center to Power Nigeria’s Off-Grid Future
itel Energy has taken a bold step in expanding its presence in Nigeria’s renewable energy market with the unveiling of its flagship Sales and Service Experience Centre in Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos.
The launch, held amid growing national demand for dependable and affordable solar energy solutions, underscores the company’s commitment to revolutionizing customer service and support across the country.
Strategically located in Nigeria’s largest technology and electronics hub, the new centre is designed to serve a dual purpose enhancing walk-in customer experience while offering comprehensive support for distributors and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) partners.
Speaking during the launch, Olaotan Fawehinmi, PR Manager at itel Energy, highlighted the company’s vision to shift industry standards beyond the point of sale.
“For us at itel Energy, customer experience doesn’t end at the point of purchase. It begins there,” Fawehinmi said. “This Ikeja store is purpose-built not just to display our solutions, but to provide real-time support to our partners and allow end-users to physically engage with and better understand the technology they are investing in.”
itel Energy’s flagship store will showcase a wide range of its solar power offerings, including inverters, batteries, and home energy kits, while offering on-the-spot technical assistance, product demos, and logistics coordination for partners.
Fawehinmi also emphasized the company’s robust after-sales framework.
With a three-year replacement warranty on inverters and a five-year warranty on batteries, supported by Carlcare service centres operating in all 36 states of Nigeria, itel Energy is positioning itself as a customer-first brand in the increasingly competitive off-grid energy space.
“Our goal is to empower homes and businesses with clean, efficient energy, while offering an unmatched level of post-purchase care,” he added.
The Ikeja flagship centre represents a cornerstone in itel Energy’s broader strategy to democratize access to solar power and address Nigeria’s lingering electricity challenges through technology, affordability, and nationwide support.
