Man Who Breached Protocol During Tinubu’s Kaduna Visit Mentally Deranged

The Kaduna State Police Command has announced that the individual who violated security protocol during the inauguration of projects at Murtala Mohammed Square by President Bola Tinubu suffers from psychiatric disorders since birth.

The Command’s Spokesman, DSP Mansir Hassan, stated that the individual, Umar Mohammed, a resident of Anguwan Muazu in Kaduna, was screened and admitted into the stadium as a supporter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), wearing the standard campaign T-shirt and carrying banners with images of the President and Governor Uba Sani, like all other supporters admitted into the stadium.

The police clarified that the individual, driven by excitement, breached protocol and entered the restricted area out of curiosity to get a closer view of the President.

The police reported that the individual was promptly intercepted and apprehended by the security team.

The police reiterated that the individual was thoroughly searched and no incriminating items were found in his possession.

Meanwhile, the Kaduna State Commissioner of Police, Rabiu Muhammad, has cautioned against the dissemination of falsehoods or the politicization of the incident by mischief-makers and the public.

The commissioner assured that the matter would undergo further investigation.
