Oloffa of Offa Acquires 2025 Lexus 500 Worth N156 Million

The Oloffa of Offa, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II, has acquired a brand new 2025 model Lexus 500, reportedly worth N156 million.

The luxury sedan, which was recently delivered to the royal palace in Offa, has drawn attention from residents and admirers across Kwara State.

The purchase is seen by many as a reflection of the monarch’s elevated status and a symbol of prestige for the ancient Offa Kingdom.

Known for blending tradition with modernity, Oba Gbadamosi is said to have chosen the vehicle for its superior craftsmanship, technological innovation, and comfort.

The 2025 Lexus 500 boasts a powerful twin-turbocharged V6 engine, a finely crafted interior with premium leather finishes, advanced safety systems, and an updated infotainment suite. Its sleek design and aerodynamic build further contribute to its reputation as one of the most refined vehicles in its class.

Palace insiders noted that the king’s decision to acquire the vehicle aligns with his consistent efforts to modernize the traditional institution and elevate the image of Offa.

While the monarch has not issued an official statement regarding the purchase, those close to him believe the Lexus reflects his commitment to excellence and dignity in leadership.

Oba Gbadamosi, who has been on the throne since 2010, is widely respected for his contributions to education, youth empowerment, and infrastructural development in Offa and surrounding communities. His leadership has been credited with attracting investments and improving the town’s standing both within Kwara State and nationally.

The acquisition has also generated buzz online, with photos of the luxury car’s arrival at the palace reportedly circulating on social media.

Though some Nigerians have raised questions about the display of wealth, many indigenes of Offa have praised the purchase as a celebration of royal success and progress.

The Lexus 500 is one of the most coveted models in the global automobile market, and with customs duties, taxes, and importation costs factored in, the vehicle’s final price in Nigeria is estimated at around N156 million.

The arrival of the car at the palace has become a local talking point and a source of pride for many.
