Iran Fores More Drones, Supersonic Missiles at Israel

Iran has launched a new wave of drone and missile attacks targeting Israel, marking the tenth wave of Operation Honest Promise 3, according to state TV.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is reportedly behind the latest barrage, which comes as fighting between the longtime foes continues for a fifth straight day.

The attacks are part of a broader conflict between Israel and Iran, with each side accusing the other of aggression. Israel’s military has been intercepting missiles fired from Iran, while striking military targets in Tehran.

The conflict escalated after Israel’s surprise campaign against Iran, including a strike on the world’s largest gas field.

The recent exchanges have resulted in over 20 deaths and hundreds of injuries in Israel, with damage reported in various cities and towns.

Iranian missiles and drones have targeted Israel’s energy infrastructure and facilities for fighter jet fuel production.

The international community is growing increasingly concerned about the potential for a wider conflict. The United Nations nuclear watchdog has reported that Iran’s nuclear program is violating global non-proliferation treaty obligations, fueling tensions between the two nations .

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards have warned that Tehran’s attacks will be “heavier and more extensive” if Israel continues its hostilities. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to continue striking Iranian targets, saying the recent attacks were nothing compared to what Iran would see in the coming days.
