Plateau CAN Chairman Rev. Fr. Polycarp Lubo Dies After Accident

Tragedy has struck the Plateau State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) as its chairman, Rev. Fr. Polycarp Lubo, has passed away. Lubo died early Sunday morning at a hospital in Jos following a short illness resulting from a recent accident.

 

His death was confirmed by multiple sources, including a condolence message from the Catholic Archdiocese of Jos. The Archdiocesan Chancellor, Daniel Gyang, expressed deep sympathy to Lubo’s family, CAN members, and the religious community.

 

The Catholic Archbishop also extended condolences to his parishioners at St. William’s Parish in Zawan and the broader Archdiocese. May he rest in peace.
