Nigerian singer and songwriter, Bella Shmurda has reaffirmed his commitment to making music with purpose, saying his art is designed to uplift, educate, and heal—not merely follow fleeting industry trends.

The street-pop sensation shared these thoughts in a recent interview, offering fans a deeper glimpse into the heart behind his sound.

“I make music to uplift and awaken souls, not just to chase trends. And even when I do chase trends, I always return to purpose,” Bella stated.

“People tend to get any message passed to them while they’re in a place of comfort. So I try to make them dance to the message and learn subconsciously,” he explained.
