Mbappe Happy for PSG over Championship League Title

Kylian Mbappe has expressed his genuine happiness for his former club, Paris Saint-Germain, after they claimed their maiden Champions League title.

The France captain, who now plays for Real Madrid, stated that his departure from PSG was not premature and he had fulfilled his role with the club.

Mbappe acknowledged that the Parisian outfit’s triumph was a result of their perseverance and dedication over the years.

He recalled his own experiences with the team, having participated in every stage of the Champions League except for the final victory.

The 26-year-old forward congratulated PSG on their resounding 5-0 win over Inter Milan in the final, describing them as the best team in Europe. Mbappe’s own pursuit of Champions League glory continues, having fallen short with PSG in 2020 and more recently with Real Madrid, who were eliminated by Arsenal in the quarter-finals.
