“I Don’t Smoke, Drink, and Won’t Touch Jarvis Before Marriage” — TikTok Star Peller Opens Up About Relationship

Popular Nigerian TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, widely known by his screen name Peller, has opened up about his personal values, relationship principles, and long-term intentions with fellow content creator Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, popularly known as Jarvis or Jadrolita.
In a recent interview and a series of social media interactions, Peller declared his commitment to leading a disciplined lifestyle, vowing abstinence from smoking, drinking, and premarital intimacy. He also revealed that he has sincere intentions to marry Jarvis, and that their widely documented vacations are primarily focused on content creation, not romantic escapades.
“I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, and I won’t touch Jarvis before marriage,” Peller said. “Our trips are more for content — it’s part of our work. But yes, I’m planning to marry her.”
The duo, who gained significant online attention through collaborative videos, comedy skits, and social commentary on TikTok and Instagram, have often sparked speculation about the nature of their relationship.
Their chemistry has won them a large fanbase, but it has also led to intense public scrutiny — especially after a video surfaced in which Peller was seen presenting a ring to Jarvis during one of their trips.
While fans interpreted the moment as an engagement, Jarvis later clarified during a TikTok livestream that it was a promise ring, not an engagement ring.
“It’s a promise ring, not an engagement ring,” she said. “He gave it to me when he was traveling abroad to show his commitment — a ring of ‘my love, I’m traveling to another country, please wait for me till I return.’”
Despite the public’s confusion over the status of their relationship, Peller has confirmed his intention to marry Jarvis in 2025.
He mentioned that he plans to tie the knot in March or April 2025, and is currently making efforts to officially meet her family, who reside in Benin City, Edo State. He revealed that he has invited them to Lekki, Lagos, to initiate traditional marriage discussions.
“I’m serious about marrying Jarvis. I’ve invited her family to come to Lekki for the proper introduction,” he said in a video now circulating widely on social media.
In a separate update, Jarvis expressed her admiration for Peller but also outlined conditions for their future together, placing high value on education and self-development.
“To marry me, you need to be educated and intellectual. Go back to school and improve yourself — not just for me, but for yourself too.”
Her comments have been praised by many online as a demonstration of the couple’s shared emphasis on growth, values, and purpose.
The relationship between Peller and Jarvis has captivated thousands of fans across Nigeria and beyond. Their open expressions of commitment, combined with their comedic yet heartfelt content, have positioned them as a refreshing duo in the digital creator space.
Their statements have sparked conversations on social media about abstinence, modern relationships, and the importance of personal discipline and development in romantic partnerships.
While the wedding date is still tentative, the couple appears to be taking deliberate steps toward a shared future grounded in mutual respect, personal integrity, and public accountability.
