Wike Hails Tinubu’s Achievements in FCT, Calls for Second Term

Minister of the Fedral Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike on Thursday hailed the achievements of President Bola Tinubu during the inspection of ongoing projects in Abuja, scheduled for inauguration to commemorate Tinubu’s second anniversary.

The minister expressed profound satisfaction with the accomplishments of Tinubu in the Federal Capital Territory, remarking, “this is unprecedented.”

Wike asserted that Tinubu’s performance has led many Nigerians to advocate for the president to be granted another term to serve.

“Tinubu’s achievements in the Federal Capital Territory are unparalleled, and in the forthcoming two to four years, you will witness remarkable developments in this nation.

“Yesterday, I revealed the unvarnished truth; we, the critics, have previously stated that Abuja was not functioning, but we have now acknowledged that Abuja is thriving. Who has made it thrive? It is the President,” Wike stated.

The FCT minister pledged to focus on the mandate entrusted to him by the president to metamorphose Abuja into a capital city worthy of its status.

Wike noted that the extent of infrastructural development in the FCT is extraordinary, emphasizing that the president has insisted that Nigeria deserves nothing but the best.

He urged the residents of the FCT to fulfill their duties and support the administration for the benefit of Abuja and the entire nation.

Today marks two years since Tinubu was inaugurated as the president of Nigeria.
