JP2025: Priscilla Ojo, Juma Jux Say “I Do” in Lavish Tanzanian Finale

Love, culture, and glamour converged on Dar es Salaam on Wednesday as Nigerian actress and influencer Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian music star Juma Jux celebrated the grand finale of their wedding festivities.

The star-studded ceremony brought their cross-continental love story to a spectacular close, marking the most anticipated wedding event of the year.

The wedding finale, held at an exclusive beachfront venue in Tanzania’s commercial capital, was a breathtaking fusion of Swahili tradition and contemporary luxury. Priscilla dazzled in a custom-made champagne gold gown adorned with hand-beaded crystals, while Jux wore a regal white and gold Tanzanian kanzu with matching accessories, embodying the elegance of East African royalty.

Guests arrived in style from across the world including Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, China, the United States, and beyond adding to the electric atmosphere.

Among those in attendance were top celebrities, influencers, and dignitaries from both the entertainment and diplomatic circles.

The ceremony featured live performances by Diamond Platnumz, Zuchu, and several surprise acts that kept the crowd on their feet long into the night.

Every detail of the day spoke volumes about the couple’s intention to honor Tanzanian culture. From the traditional entrance led by Maasai drummers to the presentation of symbolic wedding gifts in the ndoa exchange, the celebration was deeply rooted in heritage while remaining chic and globally appealing.

The décor an enchanting mix of fresh tropical blooms, candle-lit pools, and woven African textures was curated by one of East Africa’s top event planners.

In his heartfelt speech, Juma Jux thanked guests for being part of their journey and praised Priscilla for embracing his culture with grace and openness.

“We’ve celebrated in Nigeria, in faith, and in tradition but today, we brought it home. This is not just a wedding it’s a statement that love knows no borders,” he said.

Priscilla, visibly emotional, shared how Tanzania had become her second home.

“This country has embraced me with so much love. Today isn’t just about us it’s about two families, two cultures, and two nations finding common ground through love.”

The wedding finale was the culmination of months of celebrations, but the focus remained entirely on the present a moment of unity, joy, and the promise of forever.

As the newlyweds danced under the stars with the Indian Ocean as their backdrop, it was clear: #JP2025 wasn’t just a wedding. It was history in the making.
