NiDCOM Boss Hails Election of Four Nigerians in UK
The Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has applauded the recent electoral victories of four Nigerians in the United Kingdom, describing their success as a proud moment for the country and a testament to the excellence of Nigerians in the diaspora.
In a statement issued by NiDCOM’s Director of Media, Public Relations and Protocols, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, Dabiri-Erewa congratulated the newly elected officials, commending their dedication, resilience, and commitment to public service in their host country.
“These victories are not just personal achievements but a reflection of the growing influence and credibility of Nigerians abroad. It is proof that Nigerians are making significant impacts in all sectors globally,” she stated.
Although the names of the elected officials were not specified in the release, the NiDCOM boss emphasized that their success would serve as an inspiration to millions of young Nigerians, both at home and abroad.
She also urged Nigerians in the diaspora to continue to participate actively in civic and political processes wherever they reside, while remaining good ambassadors of their homeland.
