Omar Farouk, son of Mansur Mukhtar, the traditional ruler of Dambatta in Kano State, has sadly passed away.
The family of the deceased announced his demise in a statement released on Sunday in Abuja.
According to the statement, Farouk passed away on Saturday in Abuja.
He was laid to rest on the same day in accordance with Islamic burial rites, after a prayer session was held for him at the National Mosque. May he rest in peace.
