Don’t Allow Anyone to Criticize Your Pastor or Favorite Celebrity Just because They didn’t Support Peter Obi, Advises Omojuwa.

Don’t let anyone bring down your pastor. Your pastor may not say it, but I will: if someone attacks your pastor, defend them vigorously. If they form a leaderless mob, counter it with a righteous one. Take a moment to read Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8 and, if you can, the whole book—it’s truly remarkable.

Those who are eager to criticize your pastor often refrain from targeting other pastors or religious figures who openly backed their candidate. Keep this in mind.

If you think your pastor is being attacked for moral reasons, you’re mistaken. The critics are typically unscrupulous individuals pretending to be the moral arbiters.

Many pastors who face criticism have one significant thing in common: they did not endorse the critics’ candidate in the last election, which is why they become targets.

As for the other factor, compile a list of the pastors who frequently face scrutiny. You’ll likely notice a pattern emerge.

This reveals their disdain for your pastor, regardless of their actions. Whenever someone says, “Pastor A, why haven’t you commented on Issue B?” read the comments section; it’s filled with hateful remarks toward that pastor.

The question remains: why would you want someone you dislike to represent your viewpoint? How is that fair?

It’s all political, so don’t be misled. It’s about preference and some people’s inability to accept that others can make different choices.
