Sanwo-Olu Doffs Cap for Robotic Prostrate Cancer Surgery

Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has after Evaluating the Prostate Clinic that broke new grounds with Robotic hailed them for the feat.
He praised them for partnering with Lagos State health institutions for being at the forefront of innovative prostate cancer surgery using robots and laparoscopy.
According to the Governor, he was fulsome in praise for the clinic during his visit to see the high technology and skills in action among patients.
The Prostate Clinic, the first of its kind in West Africa has put Lagos on the medical map as a hub for high-quality medical care, attracting innovation and talent in the field. Governor Olu praised the clinic’s commitment to delivering world-class healthcare, saying it indicates the state’s rising status as a destination for precision-based medical care.
The Governor pointed out that his administration is dedicated to creating an enabling environment for healthcare innovation to thrive, and that the Prostate Clinic is proof of what can be achieved through partnership and investment in medical technology. He invited the clinic to continue pushing the boundaries of medical excellence, saying, “What I saw today is a blueprint for the future, where cutting-edge technology meets clinical excellence.”
