Another Doom for Natasha

Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court in Abuja, who recently granted the ex parte order against the Senate and its Ethics Committee in the case filed by suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan, has officially recused himself from the case today, March 25, 2025.
The matter has been adjourned sine die, and the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court will now reassign it to a new judge.
